Motobu Gyu are raised in Okinawa Prefecture. These cattle are fed a unique mix of Orion Beer brewer’s grains and molasses. The unique feed is fermented for 10-14 days making it rich in fiber and easy for cattle to digest. The tender yet sweet flavor profile of Motobu Gyu has won multiple awards in the Okinawa Stock Raising Expo and Japan National Livestock Agricultural Competition.
