This milk fed lambs are exclusively reared in grazing land of the Basque Valley of Soule, Pyrenees. The lambs come from three ancient breeds and are born and raised on a single farm with centuries-old traditions and experience. The lamb feeds exclusively on its mother’s milk and raised for a maximum of 45 days and 11kg. It has ‘Label Rouge’ and IGP accreditation and the rose coloured meat is light and tender with a delicate flavour, perfect for a showstopping signature dish.
